Amber Leather in Aafiya Amber Oud feels like it’s crafted for a mature nose. It opens with a beautiful saffron note, not too sharp, but perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness.

As it settles, a spicy amber comes forward, with a backdrop of powdery, dusty leather. The leather isn’t strong or animalic instead, it adds a classy, worn-leather-jacket vibe that’s subtle but confident.

It lasts over 8 hours, even in Mumbai’s humid weather. I’ve even caught traces of it on clothes after they’ve been washed.

For now I have kept it for the upcoming colder months. Pretty sure it'll be a more soothing experience.
